LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several drawbacks that ultimately led to its overthrow. One primary limitation was its failure to completely predict the spectra of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to explain phenomena like quantumjumps. Furthermore, its deterministic nature contradicted with the inherent uncer
